Message Board Usage Policy
While we expect people to act as responsible adults, we realize some rules need to be established for our Board:
- Our Message Board is not moderated.
- We require posters to be members of our email list. Joining is free and does not require a password. Posts can be anonymous, but we do track IP addresses. This is an attempt to cut down on SPAM.
- Our Message Board can be viewed by all people. Please keep that in mind when posting messages.
- SPAM will not be tolerated, and legal actions will be pursued to the fullest extent possible.
- We will not tolerate illegal, hateful, threatening, racist, pornographic or otherwise undesirable behavior by posters. Again, legal actions could be pursued.
- In order to reduce the risk of spam or site hacking, we do not allow hyperlinks inside Message Board posts. If you need to post a link, list the address instead.
- We do not allow images inside messages. As an alternative, please list an address where the image can be found.
- Posts are retained indefinitely, or until the site administrators need to do some housecleaning.
- The club site administrators reserve the right to delete any message that we feel does not meet our policies.
- We do not allow posters to delete their own messages, but if you want to have a message removed, contact the site administrators and we will remove it for you.
